Should you wish not to receive any promotional material from us of up and coming events and deals please do not hesitate to contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove you from our mailing list.
The team at City Fit Spain is certified in GDPR rules and regulations. We implement these policies for the protection and privacy of all of our clients.

Refunds maybe requested if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Any member may terminate their membership within 3 days of it’s activation through written notice via email to info@cityfitspain and a full refund will be provided, as long as you have not used the membership to gain access to any gym. A part refund will be provided if the membership has been used within the 3 days of the purchase period. Please do not send send cancellation messages to our Facebook page or other social media sites. Refunds will be provided by the method from which the payment was made and will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your notification.
Our gyms reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel a clients membership for any reason and will refund the balance / the remainder of the unused membership.
Our policy addresses the risks involved in handling of personal data, as well as outlining our business policies.
Our team is certified in GDPR rules and regulations 2018 and make sure all of our data is held in compliance with these laws. We implement these policies for the protection and privacy of all of our clients.
The data we obtain at City Fit Spain we use to carry out our services are as follows: name, photo graphic ID, ID number (NIE or Passport), address, phone number and credit card details from payment.
On obtaining this information the client is asked to read and accept a consent form so they are aware of our policies and procedures and consent for us to use the information where necessary only.
We implement safeguards outlined by the European Commission.

Technology is used to help store clients sensitive information. Due to the nature of the data we only store such information on a secure private network with high level passcodes and anti-malware software to decrease the risk of any data breach.
Access to this information is limited to only those who directly need it within the company.
All our software products and anti-virus / anti-malware programmes are auto updated for maximum protection of personal information.
No personal / sensitive data is stored within any internet cloud.
City Fit Spain regularly reviews its information, security policies and measures.
We will only contact an individual regarding our services if consent has previously been given to do so.

With regards to our book keeping all invoices are kept on site for a maximum of 1 month after which these documents are taken and stored with our legal team (Gonzalez Del CID Hijo SC) who are fully trained and covered in the GDPR regulations.
